As the founder of Elleebana Store USA, an offshoot website of Lash and Beauty Store established in 2016, Loana built the company with a strong focus on education, high-quality products, and exceptional customer service. Over the past 10 years, she has specialized in training beauty professionals in the use of Elleebana products, helping artists across the country develop their skills and grow their businesses with confidence.

Loana is known for her hands-on teaching style and commitment to supporting her students and customers long after their training is complete. Her dedication to education and service has helped Lash and Beauty Store become a trusted destination for professional beauty products and training.

Working alongside her husband Troy, who oversees operations and technical infrastructure, Loana continues to expand the company’s reach both online and through their brick-and-mortar location. Together they form a formidable team—combining Loana’s decades of beauty expertise with Troy’s operational and technical leadership—to support beauty professionals throughout the United States.

Troy Barker brings over three decades of operational leadership and business management experience to Elleebana Store USA. After a successful 32-year career in the construction industry—where he specialized in operations management, project coordination, and process efficiency—Troy retired from construction and transitioned into the beauty industry in 2021.

At Lash and Beauty Store, founded by his wife Loana in 2016, Troy oversees the company’s back-end operations and technical infrastructure. His responsibilities include operations management, logistics, systems development, and web development, ensuring that both the online store and brick-and-mortar location operate smoothly and efficiently.

Troy’s background in managing large-scale construction operations has translated seamlessly into building strong operational systems for the business. His focus on organization, workflow optimization, and technical solutions has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operational foundation and supporting its continued growth.

In addition to managing the primary Lash and Beauty Store platform, Troy also developed and maintains the Elleebana Store USA website, which operates as a specialized offshoot of the business and falls under the umbrella of the Lash and Beauty Store company.
