Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

Professional-Use-Only Products

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree that all products sold are intended for professional use only and that you are a trained and/or licensed professional (where applicable). You further agree to the terms outlined in this Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy in full.

Inspection & Acceptance of Order

All orders must be inspected within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Any claims regarding:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing defects

must be reported in writing to hello@elleebanastoreusa.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe constitutes full acceptance of the order as delivered, and the order will be deemed final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges (Strictly Limited)

Approved returns or exchanges must be requested in writing to hello@elleebanastoreusa.com within seven (7) days and executed within thirty (30) days of receipt and are subject to Elleebana Store USA sole discretion and approval.

To be eligible for consideration:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original, resalable condition

  • All original packaging, seals, and components must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required. Must provide order number.

Due to health, safety, sanitation, and professional-use regulations, opened, used, altered, or tampered-with products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Professional-Use Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is for professional use only. We are not responsible for:

  • Improper use

  • Incorrect application

  • Lack of training or certification

  • Adverse results caused by user error or deviation from manufacturer instructions

By purchasing, you assume all responsibility for proper use, storage, and application of professional products.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Professional kits, starter kits, or bundled sets

  • Training kits, classes, certifications, or digital products

  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Products

Claims for defective or damaged products must be submitted in writing to hello@elleebanastoreusa.com within seven (7) days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence and a detailed description.

All claims are subject to review. If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product

  • Issue store credit or gift card

  • Issue a refund

No remedy is guaranteed, and approval is not automatic.

Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, including packages marked as delivered but not received. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

All delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Refunds & Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Chargebacks filed for:

  • Orders marked as delivered

  • Failure to follow return procedures

  • Claims made outside policy timeframes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Improper or unauthorized use

will be formally disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery, order confirmation, and policy acceptance.

Customers who file unwarranted chargebacks may be:

  • Permanently banned from future purchases

  • Denied refunds or replacements

  • Reported to payment processors for abuse

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense or discarded without refund.
