Shipping Policy
Elleebana Store USA makes every reasonable effort to process and ship orders promptly during normal business hours. All shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) will generally ship the same business day

FedEx Overnight orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will generally ship the same business day

FedEx Saturday Delivery Overnight orders placed before 4:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) Friday will generally ship the same business day. This option should only be used after 4 PM Mountain Time (MT) Thursday until 4 PM Mountain Time (MT) Friday.
Orders placed after cutoff times, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Carrier Responsibility & Transfer of Risk
Once an order has been shipped and scanned by the selected carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Elleebana Store USA is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery errors, or carrier-related issues once the package has left our warehouse. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information indicates that a package has been marked “Delivered” but has not been received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or investigation.
In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargeback approval.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Elleebana Store USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, including packages left unattended after delivery confirmation.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for carrier-related delivery issues. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation
Customers may request additional shipping insurance or signature confirmation at delivery prior to placing an order. These services are optional and offered at the customer’s expense.

FedEx Shipping Requirements
FedEx deliveries require a physical street address. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with a FedEx shipping method and a P.O. Box address may be delayed or canceled.

This Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
Chargeback Prohibition & Customer Obligation
By placing an order on this Site, you agree to contact Elleebana Store USA directly to attempt resolution of any order, delivery, or product-related concern prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first following our dispute resolution process constitutes a violation of our policies.
Proof of Delivery & Fulfillment
For chargeback purposes, an order is deemed successfully fulfilled when the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
The following documentation shall constitute conclusive evidence of fulfillment:

Carrier delivery confirmation and tracking records

Date, time, and location of delivery scan

Shipping address matching the order confirmation
In accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds, replacements, credits, or chargeback approval, including claims of non-receipt, theft, or misdelivery.
Carrier-Related Disputes
Elleebana Store USA is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or lost or stolen packages once the order has been scanned and accepted by the carrier.
All carrier-related delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. Such issues do not constitute grounds for a chargeback, refund, or replacement.
Unauthorized or Invalid Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated for the following reasons will be formally disputed with supporting documentation:

“Item Not Received” claims where carrier tracking confirms delivery

Failure to follow published return or dispute procedures

Claims submitted outside stated policy timeframes

Buyer’s remorse or refusal to accept delivery

Improper or unauthorized use of professional-use-only products
Customers who initiate unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may be subject to:

Denial of future purchases

Blocking of billing and shipping information

Reporting to payment processors for chargeback abuse
Dispute Documentation
In the event of a chargeback, Elleebana Store USA reserves the right to submit the following evidence to the payment processor or financial institution:

Carrier proof of delivery and tracking history

Order confirmation and invoice

Customer acknowledgment of all applicable policies at checkout
