Belmacil Blue is a semi-permanent lash colour that is bright brilliant and bold.

It is ideal for clients with blonde and light brown hair that allow the blue tones to distinctively shine.

Although, it also works well for dark brown or black hair, and can be mixed with a little Belmacil Black or Blue Black tint for a darker customized colour.
